Captain David H. McClintock addresses the 450 attendees. To
his left is the Master of Ceremonies, CE1 Frank C. Donckers, III. The Featured
Speaker, Rear Admiral G. J. Flannery, USN (Ret.), gave a moving address,
including a reenactment of the battle orders of the two Commanding Officers
from October 20th to October 24th, 1944.
